Pork Burgers and Slimming World Chips

5% pork mince
1egg
1/2 onion
1tsp smoked paprika 
1 tsp mustard powder
1tsp garlic granules
1 tsp parsley
Splash Worcester Sauce

Wholemeal Roll - HEXB

Optional 2 Syns of BBQ Sauce

Mix together and make into burgers.


Microwave potatoes and quarter, peel skin off and slice into chips. Spray with fry light smoked paprika and garlic granules.


Bake chips for 20-25 minutes, fry burgers add bacon and egg!
