Campfire Stew

Slimming World Favorite 

1 Small Gammon Joint visible fat removed 
2 Onions chopped
2 peppers chopped
4 small potatoes or half a butternut squash chopped
Garlic salt - teaspoon 
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
2 tins of baked beans
3 tablespoons tomato puree


Mix everything together in a slow cooker and lay the gammon joint whole on top. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 6. Remove gammon and shred with two forks and return to the slow cooker!
